Everything you need to know before your pet's spa day.

Most full groom appointments take between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on your pet's size, breed, and coat condition. We never rush a groom — your pet's comfort comes first. We'll call you when your furry friend is ready for pickup.
Cage-free means we never put your pet in a kennel or crate during their visit. Pets roam freely in supervised, climate-controlled areas between grooming stages. This dramatically reduces stress and anxiety, making for a happier pet and a better groom.
We are an appointment-only spa to ensure every pet gets personalized attention and adequate time. You can book online through our contact page, call us at (843) 555-0789, or text us. We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially for weekends.
We will always prioritize your pet's comfort. Severely matted coats may require a shave-down rather than de-matting, as brushing out heavy mats can be painful. Our groomers will assess the situation and discuss options with you before proceeding. Additional charges may apply for de-matting.
We recommend bringing puppies in for their first grooming experience between 12 and 16 weeks of age, after their second round of vaccinations. Our Puppy's First Groom package is designed to be a gentle, positive introduction to the grooming process.
We use premium, organic, hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioners that are safe for sensitive skin. All of our products are pH-balanced specifically for pets and free from harsh chemicals, parabens, and sulfates. If your pet has allergies, please let us know and we can accommodate special product needs.
